  • What do I need to make an appointment?

    For first time clients all appointments require a credit card or Celestial Spa gift card to make an appointment. You can also use a debit card with a Visa or Mastercard logo.

  • What if I don’t have a credit card, how can I make an appointment?

    The client would have to come in and pay by cash the charges for half of their services and the balance would be placed on account.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    A 24-hour notice must be given to cancel or reschedule appointments. Same day cancellations or rescheduling will result in a 50% charge to the credit or gift card on file. The spa will give you a courtesy call the day before your appointment as a reminder. The spa also sends out text and email reminders approximately two days before the appointment date.

  • What type of credit cards do you accept?

    Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover are the credit cards we currently accept.

  • Do you accept Spa finders gift cards for payment?

    Spa finders Gift cards are accepted for payment but a client would still need a credit card to reserve the appointment and then upon check-out can pay with the Spa finders gift card.

  • Do you have any Groupon promotions?

    Celestial Spa is currently not running any Groupon promotions.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    Monday-Friday from 9am - 6pm and on Saturdays 9am - 4pm. We are closed on Sundays.

  • Do you sell gift cards?

    Celestial spa does have in-store pickup and online gift card options available. All Celestial Spa Gift cards expire five years after date of purchase.

  • How do I need to dress for my appointment?

    Clients can come to the spa in whatever attire they are in for the day. Celestial Spa will provide everything you will need for your appointments.

  • How do I undress for my massage appointments?

    Clients will be directed to undress to the level of your comfort. The client will be fully covered at all times and the technician will only un-cover the area that they will be working on.

  • Do you do spa parties?

    Celestial spa does not offer spa parties.

  • Can I bring in outside food?

    No outside food is allowed into the spa.

  • Do you have any snacks available at the spa?

    Celestial Spa does offer coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water and biscoff cookies daily. On Saturday, we add champagne and mimosas. Feel free to come to your appointment early to relax and unwind or stay afterward to enjoy these amenities.

  • Do you offer all day packages?

    Celestial spa has two all day packages; the Celestial Paradise and Celestial Bliss packages. Both of these packages come with a catered lunch.

  • Do you have memberships?

    Celestial spa currently does not have membership programs but do have various gift card specials throughout the year. Our clients take advantage of these gift card specials for substantial savings on their regular spa visits. Please sign up for our email lists to receive these offers.

  • Do you service kids?

    Celestial spa does service kids beginning at 10 years old with adult supervision. Should a parent want their child who is thirteen or under to experience a massage service it must be booked in our couple’s room with the parent also getting the same service.

  • Can I bring my kids to the spa while I get a service?

    The spa does not allow any children in the building that are not being serviced.

  • How soon should I arrive for my appointments?

    If you are a new client, please allow ten to fifteen minutes for new client check-in.

  • What happens if I arrive late for my appointment?

    Late Arrivals are subject to their time being shortened to accommodate the next scheduled client and the full price of the service will still apply.

  • Is there onsite parking?

    Yes, Celestial Spa has onsite free parking.
