COVID-19 Response
Celestial Spa is taking every step possible to ensure the safety of our clients and employees during these unprecedented times. We have implemented the following procedures and protocols to help stop the spread of the Coronavirus:
Installed Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization to our existing air conditioning units which works to safely clean the air thorough out the spa.
Sanitizing stations are in each room of the spa.
All clients must have masks on before they enter the building and wear them at all times unless directed by their technician to remove them.
All staff are required to wear mask and facial shields where appropriate.
Client’s guests are not allowed if not being serviced.
Temperature checks are conducted on both employees and clients upon arrival and all clients as well as employees must have a temperature under 100 degrees to enter.
A COVID-19 questionnaire must be filled out every visit and all questions must be answered “no” to receive services.
After front desk check-in all clients are directed to the bathroom to wash their hands.
All trashcans, soap dispensers, hand sanitizers have been changed to touchless for added safety.
Air purifiers have been added to each treatment room.
Our waiting area is setup to maintain social distancing and a Blue UV Light Sterilization Wand is used to sanitize the cloth chairs that cannot be cleaned with liquid cleansers. The open coffee, tea, and snack bar has been discontinued as an added safety measure.
Table Shields have been installed both at the front desk for check in and at the manicure table station as an additional safety measure. A client simply places their hands under the opening of the shields for manicure services.
All rooms are sanitized after each client.
All bed linen in the spa has been changed over to white so that all items can be thoroughly bleached before use again.
